Our Top Tips For Uploading

  1. Make sure you upload original work that you have made yourself. We will reject anything that is copyrighted, stolen or publicly available, so your own notes is what’s best!
  2. Handwritten or typed? Often we get questions asking us if handwritten notes are allow. The answer is absolutely! Just make sure you have scanned the handwritten notes well and that it is really easy and clear to read. Legibility is one of the key factors we consider when reviewing and accepting study notes.
  3. We prefer PDF documents as that is the standard format we deliver all purchases in, however if you only have Word docs, or even Powerpoint slides, that’s absolutely fine, we can convert them for you. We will not accept .pages or any other Apple Works suite extension as converting them is very difficult for us.
  4.  If you have a lot of files and want to organise them by folders, we would recommend you to upload them to Dropbox or Google Drive. There is a field on the upload form that allows you to paste the URL.

How We Assess Uploads

  1. Quality: One of the most important factors is in the quality of the notes uploaded. We check to make sure that it is ordered correctly and that they meet our standards. We do this so that buyers are never disappointed.
  2. Accuracy: If there are spelling mistakes, wrong formula or other errors we will either reject the notes outright or ask for a revision.
  3. Completeness: The notes should cover the entire course content and be broken down into understandable sections relevant to the course.
  4. Legibility: Are there spelling mistakes? Can the content be easily read?
  5. Relevance: The notes should be written for the LSE module specified. Any generic or partially related will not be accepted.
  6. Availability: we check to make sure that the notes you have uploaded are not available on the public domain.
  7. Copyright: notes must be your own original work. Anything copyrighted, stolen or misrepresented will not be uploaded.

Based on the above factors we assess whether the notes are suitable to be uploaded. We regularly remove and reject notes that are sent to us because they don’t meet our standards. Similarly, if the notes are accepted but we feel they aren’t quite worth what the seller has priced them at, we will increase or decrease the price inline with everything else on our website.
